Our selection is by category and not by actual model. But we will try our best to cater to your preferred model subject to availability. Specific makes/models within a car class may vary in availability and features such as passenger seating, luggage capacity, equipment and mileage.
For avoidance of doubt, if you book an MPV, you might get either an Innova, Rush, or Xpander. We do not guarantee the vehicle model, only the vehicle category.
In some cases where the listed itinerary is going to incur excessive mileage than what is considered "normal" – we reserve the right to implement a surcharge. An example of this would be: rentals that will travel from Baguio and Bicol.

We cannot approve your booking if you are unable to provide any of the above mentioned documents.
Vehicle replacement might happen especially when you book months in advance. This is because another renter might extend the booking. In any case, VPI Cars reserves the right to replaced the vehicle assigned to you, provided that it is the same category or higher.
Yes, except for the Commuter Van. All Commuter Vans are manual transmission.
