The team is the most responsive out of all the rentals I've reached out to which makes communication easy. Booking was also a simple process, all done via email and paymongo. On inquiry, I was able to confirm vehicle and driver details within the day.

If there are any changes to the driver, an email is sent with new details. We received 2 changes the night before for a rush booking, but this was no problem as the drivers were responsive.

The drivers assigned to us were responsive on WhatsApp and accommodated our requests for the guests we hosted. They are professional, on time, and smooth at driving. This made navigating Metro Manila for several appointments hassle-free.

Overall, a great first experience with VPI cars!

Had a great experience renting a self-drive car from VPI Cars! Booking was easy and convenient, and everything was handled online. The drivers who handed over and picked up the car were very polite and professional. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Will definitely rent from them again on my next vacation!

The service was excellent. Mine was a tough last minute request, still just a couple of hours later the driver came to pick us up. The WhatsApp reply was fast, and soon we managed to reach an aggreement and submit the payment though a safe channel. The rides were smooth, very safe driving by the chofeurs. 5 stars for VPI, you are doing a good job.

We had an amazing experience renting a car with a driver on August 23 from VPI Cars Philippines. Here is why I highly recommend them: The rental process was seamless and completely transparent. The price quoted was exactly what we paid—no hidden fees or surprises.Vehicle Quality: The car arrived clean, smelling fresh, and clearly well-maintained Our driver, Bobet, was exceptionally polite, professional, and arrived right on time. Metro Manila traffic is no joke, but our driver’s familiarity with the roads and shortcuts kept us moving efficiently. He was incredibly patient and waited safely for us while my family finished up our shopping. If you want a stress-free way to navigate Metro Manila, VPI Cars is the way to go. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend VPI Cars!

I had a very smooth and pleasant experience with VPI Cars. From the start, their online payment and transaction system was easy and seamless, and every inquiry I had was quickly addressed via email.

The actual trip from Quezon City to the private farm in Tayabas, Quezon Province was equally comfortable. Our driver was friendly, professional, and considerate. He respected my need to rest during the long drive, got us to our destination efficiently in the morning, and patiently waited for me while I spent time with my hosts in the private farm. The car itself was clean and comfortable, and the entire ride was smooth, including the long journey going out of and eventually back into Metro Manila.

I was particularly grateful to our driver for making such a long trip comfortable and stress-free. Before we left the farm, I gave him three bukos as a small token of appreciation, some of which came from the gifts my hosts in Quezon province had given me.

I really appreciated how hassle-free the entire experience was, from booking and payment to the actual journey. Kudos to our driver and to VPI Cars for the excellent service. I would gladly book with them again for another long-distance trip.
