I was in real need for a car to drive around in Manila for 10 days and went online and applied to VPI cars Manila. The proactiveness from VPI staff, vehicle dispatcher and driver was excellent. The car provided was of the newest model and in excellent condition. I really enjoyed the unit provided to me. Very nice and pleasant personnel. Very good service. The only thing is make sure to clarify which day the barn is coded as this  was not made clear to me upon renting and they only told me on the day when I asked. We hired their van for a round-trip airport transfer. The van was huge, clean, nice, and well-maintained! Our toddler loved it and even said "WOW!" Our drivers, Gregy and Emerson, were very professional, accommodating, and patient. They even helped with our heavy suitcases. They drove safely to get us to our destinations. Booking with VPI Cars was really fast, convenient, and easy, too. They will also contact you days before your intended travel to confirm your booking. That's great customer service! Rented a mini van at VPI Manila, Car was drop off to a location assigned on time and driver (Salvador) patiently waiting for me for turn over bec. I was late and pickup by John, both driver was excellent service and very good communicator. Upon pickup John was really very nice to ask me about Gas and Carwashing due on pickup but I really forgot. I ask John if he’s willing to filled up the gas for me but he was afraid if we just estimating the cost so we drove to gasoline station to fill up and drop me off and also he will do the car wash for me. That was very nice to him to do all that for me. Over all experience was 110% excellent service. This my 2nd time renting thru VPI Manila and never disappoint me. Thank you

This was my second time booking with VPI Cars, and the experience was just as excellent as the first. The booking process was smooth, their customer service team was responsive and helpful, and the drivers were courteous, accommodating, and most importantly, always on time. The vehicles were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I highly recommend VPI Cars and will definitely book with them again in the future.
